By accessing or using BrandPulso (“the Service”), operated by MyClienta (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BrandPulso is an AI-powered social media content management platform. The Service provides tools for brand analysis, content generation, scheduling, auto-publishing, and multi-workspace management across 11 social media platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create or generate using the Service. AI-generated content is provided as a tool output — you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately. We do not claim ownership over any content you create, upload, or generate through BrandPulso.

BrandPulso offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase.
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyClienta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where MyClienta operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
